Thermal Inspection & 3‑D Digital Twin Portal

Thermal inspections of a refinery's RFCCU unit used to live in hundreds of loose photos, field notes and spreadsheets, with each report copied from last year's. We built one platform where every reading sits on a 3-D model of the unit.

What we built
  • Inspectors place monitoring points directly on the GLB digital twin by clicking the model.
  • Thermal and visual images upload per point; temperatures are read automatically, from EXIF first with Tesseract OCR as the fallback.
  • Per-point max-temperature trends against the 343 °C design limit, with alerts for a +10 °C rise since the last inspection.
  • Three roles (Super Admin, Inspector, Client Viewer) with tenant isolation enforced on the server.
  • Branded reports in PDF and editable Word, generated from one source so the two never disagree.
  • Launched with a 14-slide sales deck and a product film.

Clinic OS for a 3-branch dental group

A dental group was running three clinics on paper records, separate apps and phone reminders. Clinic OS puts the whole patient journey, from booking to payment, in one system shared across branches.

What we built
  • Patient registration, dental history and allergy alerts on every visit.
  • An appointment queue that runs from reception to the chair to billing.
  • Consultation with a tooth chart, diagnosis, clinical notes and prescriptions.
  • Treatment estimates, payment plans, payments and receipts.
  • Accounting with Tally export, and documents sent to patients by WhatsApp and email.
  • JWT auth with branch-scoped access, so staff only see their own branch.

An SEO-first website for a dental clinic

The clinic's WordPress site was slow and hard to rank. We replaced it with a hand-built site designed around what patients search for, and moved it without losing a single Google ranking.

What we built
  • 40+ pages for treatments, locations and doctors, plus a blog.
  • JSON-LD structured data: Dentist, MedicalProcedure, FAQ and Breadcrumb.
  • A sitemap and clean keyword URLs.
  • 301 redirects from every old URL, which preserved existing rankings.
  • An admin panel for content and Google Analytics.

Product films for two launches

Each film opens on the problem the customer already has, then shows the real product solving it. They were cut from the actual software, 3-D renders of the digital twin and kinetic type.

What we made
  • Digital Twin Platform: from scattered thermal photos to one live twin, ending on "See every degree."
  • Clinic OS: from paper records and missed reminders to one connected clinic, ending on "Run your clinic. As one."
  • A 14-slide sales deck for the Digital Twin Platform.
  • Cuts for the website, LinkedIn and vertical reels.

Boiler Tube UT Thickness System

Measuring boiler tube wall thickness means a robotic crawler deep inside a boiler with no network. The app had to drive the robot and record every reading on the tablet itself.

What we built
  • A fully offline Flutter tablet app for the crawler.
  • Ultrasonic thickness readings arrive from the sensor through an ESP32 over LoRa.
  • The app drives servo probe positioning and couplant-gel pump commands over USB.
  • A companion report generator turns coil-by-coil readings (43 coils, rear to front) into formatted inspection PDFs.

Surveillance Robot Control

The operator of a surveillance robot needed to see, hear and drive it from one place, without juggling separate tools.

What we built
  • Live low-latency video and audio in the browser through go2rtc and WebRTC.
  • Drive control sent over MQTT.
  • Battery voltage and percentage shown live.
  • Everything on a single screen.

EJMA Expansion Joint Designer

RRD Decors designed metal bellows in a 235-formula Excel workbook. They needed real software that gives exactly the same answers, and proof that it does.

What we built
  • We reverse-engineered the workbook into an EJMA 8th Edition calculation engine for geometry, spring rate, stress and fatigue life.
  • Validated cell for cell: Python 101/101 and Dart 96/96, worst relative error about 1e-15.
  • It prints DESIGN-RRD calculation sheets as PDFs.
  • It ships as a Windows installer, with an Android build.
